Lunchtime Improv with Rebecca MacMillan
Join our lunchtime improv comedy classes at Bristol Improv Theatre for a creative power-up! Perfect for creatives & freelancers, these drop-in sessions with Rebecca MacMillan support you to explore your inner playfulness, boost your confidence and wellbeing, and unlock your inner comic genius. No previous experience needed – just come and enjoy the spontaneity!
Level 1: Discovering Improv
This six-week course is a voyage through spontaneity, creativity, and connection. Our experienced instructors will guide you through games, exercises, and reflections that will equip you with the tools to improvise, both on stage and off.
Level 4: Performing Improv – Approaches to Scenework
This 7-week course delves into improvisation techniques and theory from a range of perspectives to help you stretch your scenic muscles and develop your own approach to scenework. A great course for those looking to develop their scenework skills and explore their personal voice as an improviser.

Performing Improv Level 3: Singing Songs
This seven-week course explores different song structures and games to help build your musicality, rhythm, and improv skills so you can perform group numbers and improvised singing games. All voices are welcomed, some improv skills are recommended (but not strictly required).
Level 2: Intro to Performing Improv
Join us for this six-week course and immerse yourself in the fundamentals of improvising for an audience. Our experienced facilitators will guide you with games, exercises, and scenes to enhance your skills and launch your performance journey.
