The Little Improv Festival is almost here, and we can’t wait to welcome you to a packed weekend of shows, workshops, and spontaneity at the Bristol Improv Theatre! Whether you’re dipping your toes into improv for the first time or you’re a seasoned performer, there’s something for everyone. Here’s everything happening across the festival weekend:
Friday 28th March

Evening Headliner: Track 96
Doors | 7:30 PM
Track 96 presents The Oracle – a thrilling journey into your future, revealed through the power of improvised hip-hop and rhyme.
Join London’s premier hip-hop improv crew for an unforgettable night where your destiny unfolds live on stage. Be part of an experience where freestyle meets foresight. Don’t miss this unique blend of music, comedy, and spontaneous storytelling!
Saturday 29th March

Morning Classes
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Theatre / Bar space
- Track 96 present Greets and Beats (10:00 – 13:00) – A workshop exploring musicality and rhythm in improv.
- Improv Taster Session (10:00 – 12:00) – Perfect for beginners looking to dip their toes into improv in a fun and welcoming environment.
Afternoon Shows
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Bristol Improv Theatre
1:00 PM – Warm Welcome & Improv Games
Six back-to-back acts showcasing a variety of improv styles:
- 14:00 – 14:50: The Groundhogs and Pretty Thistle
- 15:00 – 15:50: Grumpkins and The Table Read
- 16:00 – 16:50: Tales From the Wasteland and Jazz Police
Evening Headliner: Up the Antics
8:00 PM | Bristol Improv Theatre
Bristol’s very own Up The Antics take the stage for a night of quick-witted, high-energy improv comedy.
Sunday 30th March

Morning Class

- Connected Improv with Rebecca Macmillan – A workshop focusing on deepening connections between scene partners.
Afternoon Shows

Evening Closing Event: Festival Talk, Panel, & Jam
