Lunchtime Improv with Rebecca MacMillan
Join our lunchtime improv comedy classes at Bristol Improv Theatre for a creative power-up! Perfect for creatives & freelancers, these drop-in sessions with Rebecca MacMillan support you to explore your inner playfulness, boost your confidence and wellbeing, and unlock your inner comic genius. No previous experience needed – just come and enjoy the spontaneity!
Level 2: Intro to Performing Improv
Join us for this six-week course and immerse yourself in the fundamentals of improvising for an audience. Our experienced facilitators will guide you with games, exercises, and scenes to enhance your skills and launch your performance journey.
Performing Improv Level 3: Making a Scene
This seven-week course aims to equip you with the tools you need to take your improvisation to the stage by creating spontaneous and compelling scenes. You’ll explore how to make bold choices that drive a scene forward or give it a strong start, how to build a shared world for your scene using basic mime and space-work, and the essential ingredients that make a scene come together (or fall apart without them).
