Whether you’ve planned a jam-packed day of improvising at the Little Improv Festival workshops, or if you’re just looking for a fun and gentle way to start your Saturday, this workshop is for you! Join our experienced and friendly instructor, Cat for an array of exercises and games to get you moving and prepare you for the day ahead and energise your body and mind for whatever  weekend plans you have!
