23rd July – 3rd September| Tuesdays | 19:00 – 21:30

Scenes are the building blocks of improvised theatre, but there are as many different ways to play a scene as there are improvisers. From emotionally-focused play, to creating a narrative flow of cause and effect, deftly weaving themes and concepts together, or just finding something funny to do again (but bigger), how you approach a scene helps to define how it plays out.  This 7-week course delves into improvisation techniques and theory from a range of perspectives to help you stretch your scenic muscles and develop your own approach to scenework.

A great course for those looking to develop their scenework skills and explore their personal voice as an improviser.

This course is part of our Level 2 Performing Improv programme. Completion of Level 1 courses (or equivalent beginner-to-intermediate training) is recommended, but not required.
