Sunday 30th March | 10.30am – 12pm
Improv is a co-creative art-form and not an individual sport – that can be hard to remember in scenes and on stage though! The sense of magic when two or more people are improvising in a connected way is totally enthralling to watch. In this workshop we will explore:
• Spotting how the disconnects that happen under pressure
• Quieting the parts of our brains that are desperate to make a clever and funny plan
• Deep listening and connection.
Expect slow-burn connected improv with a side-helping of possible ego-loss (in a good way).
Remember to check the time as the clocks go forward early in the morning on the 30th of March!
