Come and join us for a FREE Conscious Connected Breathwork session to alleviate the stress and tension that arises from modern, busy lives.
In collaboration with Becky and Suki from Culture Kick Ltd, we are excited to be hosting a FREE Conscious Connected Breathwork session to encourage more people to try what is an impactful and energising practice.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
A unique style of breathwork using a deep, circular mouth-in, mouth-out pattern, staying consciously engaged with each inhale and exhale. Sessions are facilitator-led in music-guided rounds with breath retentions. This empowering session will finish with a guided themed visualisation while people relax deeply.
What are the benefits?
Modern life is busy and often overwhelming. Breathwork offers a chance to pause, reconnect with your body, and release tension, stored emotions, or stagnant energy, leaving you feeling physically and emotionally lighter. It can help you feel more resilient, with greater capacity, clarity, focus, and calm, both at work and at home. Over time, it also supports a deeper connection with yourself and strengthens your sense of self-trust and self-leadership.
What is the structure of the session?
The session begins with a brief introduction to Conscious Connected Breathing, a demonstration of the pattern, and time for questions. You’ll then get comfortable lying down with eyes closed, followed by a short grounding exercise. Then move into 2–3 rounds of breathing to music, with optional guided breath retentions and finish with a guided visualisation and reading while you relax deeply to music.
What do I need for the session?
You’ll need to lie down, so bring a yoga mat or something similar, plus anything that helps you feel comfortable – pillows, a blanket, and comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Have some water on hand and come with an open mind.
This style of breathwork is for adults aged 18 and over only.
