Up The Antics
The Antics are back at Bristol Improv Theatre with a special summer fundraiser!
With a selection of incredible improv teams from Bristol, you can sit back with the knowledge you're in safe hands and that all of the proceeds will be going towards the charity continuing their important work supporting the community, putting on incredible shows, courses, workshops and teaching high-quality improv.
------------------------
Bristol-based Up The Antics (BBC Radio 4 Extra) takes us down the rabbit hole of improvised sketch comedy. With a suggested location, the antics will explore the characters and the journeys they took to arrive there, with hilarious results.
Leicester Square Sketch-Off Semi-Finalists
“Brilliantly Witty” - ★★★★★ Inter:Mission
“Up The Antics are guaranteed to deliver a laugh every minute” - ★★★★ EdFringeReview

Two friends enter a cafe to find the perfect cake for a very big day. They sample plenty but, unbeknownst to them, every slice is laced with a new emotion...
Join Gemma Revell & Tara Judah as they navigate an emotional rollercoaster whilst eating cake. Let’s just hope neither of them gets in a funk!
------------
Fresh from launching their brand new house team, Wednesday Night Improv leave their usual home at The Hen & Chicken to join the fundraiser with a set of fast-paced, high-energy improvised comedy games.
Short-form fun at its silliest - expect quick wit, big laughs, and a glorious mess.
Featuring Ben, Claire, Kierann, Micky and Tess, and hosted by Ste Brown.
------------
The improvised paranormal investigation inspired by YOUR ghost stories. In this comedy-horror, we invite both our believer and sceptic experts to pitch their version of events, recreated on stage with live musical accompaniment.
Fresh from their debut-packed-out run at Bristol Improv Theatre’s Unscripted Players’ Big November Show, I Know What I Saw is the spookiest improv comedy around. Are you Team Sceptic or Team Believer?
------------
Join us in the bar after for improvised songs with our Artistic Director, Kierann Shah and Theatre School Administrator, Lee Abecasis, followed by a DJ set from our very own CEO, Tom Mansfield!
------------------------
Pricing:
All proceeds go towards supporting Bristol Improv Theatre (Charity No. 1207613). Higher-priced tickets are entirely optional, and we would like to give you an even bigger thank you if you choose one!
