A filmmaking crew gathers to create their next hit movie,
except their script has gone up in flames, and so has the set.
They’ll just have to improvise it all.
Burn the Script combines short-form games and long-form improv - all putting a twist on iconic film franchises. They’ll take you step by step through the film process: from pitching to casting, from writing to direction.
Taking your film suggestions, they will explore the lives of ordinary people… who just so happen to live within the worlds of cinema’s biggest blockbusters. What’s it like to be a janitor in the world of the Avengers? Or a therapist in the world of Die Hard? This show is where you find out!
Burn the Script members have been in troupes such as Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, Improbotics, and Acaprov have performed at the Edinburgh Fringe, Camden Fringe, The London 50-Hour Improvathon, and more.
