Unscripted Players' Big Show
The Unscripted Players present two brand new improvised productions in one show!
Created with the support of the Bristol Improv Theatre, these two productions are directed and performed by members of the Unscripted Players, the Bristol Improv Theatre’s own amateur improv company. They will be developed from an open pitching process in January.
The Bristol Improv Theatre runs the voluntary Unscripted Players Big Shows scheme two to three times a year to spark new ideas, build new links in Bristol’s improv community, and nurture new talent. The scheme has spun out several popular Bristol improv groups in recent years, including Tales From the Wasteland, Red Python, What Happened?, I Don’t Know What You’ll Do This Summer, Head Talks, Fairly Non-Bio and Blame of Thrones to name but a few.
Cult of the Unwritten
Directed by Jack B. Coll
An improvised folk horror story based around a sinister cult. Think Midsommar or The Wicker Man.
Background Noise
Directed by Charlie Hutchence
This show explores fictional worlds from the point of view of the people who aren't the main character of the story
