Postponed Courses & Flexible Booking

All students who had a booking with us on a course which was postponed in March 2020 will be contacted with the opportunity to transfer this booking in exchange for one of our new learning opportunities this Autumn, either online or in person.

When you book an in-person class or course with us, our new policy means that if you develop Covid symptoms and need to stay at home, you can exchange your class for an online option or a future face-to-face date. 


FAQs

What happens if there’s a second lockdown during my course?

We have shortened our in person courses to make them four weeks long. This gives greater flexibility if we do need to stop the course part-way through to accommodate for a local lockdown. You will be given the option to exchange your remaining sessions for online options or keep them as a credit note for when face-to-face classes can restart.


What happens if I’m ill or need to self-isolate?

Please stay at home. Email hello@improvtheatre.co.uk and we will happily arrange an exchange class or course for you.


Instead of an exchange, can I get a refund?

If you are moving away from the country then yes please let us know and we’ll process that for you. If you are still in or near Bristol though we would really appreciate it if you could do the rescheduled dates or do a credit for a future booking instead as it really helps us out in this tricky year. However we know many of you will have had jobs and income lost through lockdown so if you would prefer a refund because of this please do let us know and we will send this over to you.
