Flexible Booking & Lockdown Policy

When you book an in-person class or course with us, our new policy means that if you develop Covid symptoms and need to stay at home, you can exchange your class for an online option or a future face-to-face date.

If new government guidelines advise us to close the venue part-way through a face-to-face course, the course will be cancelled and you will be given course credits for the remaining sessions to apply against your next booking. You can use these credits for an online course, class or for a future in-person course or class.


What happens if I’m ill or need to self-isolate during an in-person course?


Please stay at home. Email hello@improvtheatre.co.uk and we will happily arrange an exchange class or course for you.


Instead of an exchange, can I get a refund?

If you are moving away from the country then yes please let us know and we’ll process that for you. If you are still in or near Bristol we would really appreciate it if you could do the rescheduled dates or do a credit for a future booking instead as it really helps us out in this tricky year. However we know many of you will have had jobs and income lost through lockdown so if you would prefer a refund because of this please do let us know and we will send this over to you.
