Discovering Improv is your introduction to the exciting, challenging and fun world of improvisation.

The standard price for this course is £95. We keep our prices low so as many people can experience the joy of improv as possible.

Monty Sheikh is an experienced improviser and teacher, having founded Bath Improv and joined the University of Aberdeen Improv Society as one of its first members. Monty trains with several Bristol improv companies and teams, including The Inheritance and The Unscripted Players. Monty joins the BIT as our newest member of our energetic improv instructors collective.

Andy Yeoh oversees the general management of the BIT and co-ordinates its programme of events throughout the year. Andy is also the Artistic Director of the improvised theatre company Degrees of Error. Degrees' murder-mystery play, "Murder, She Didn't Write" recently celebrated its forth consecutive sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it was featured on BBC Radio 2.
