Monday 7th December
19:00 – 21:00
Discover how verbal limitations can set your work free.
Improvisers are known to be great storytellers. But how do we get out audience really hooked?
Imagery and poetic techniques can be a brilliant way to draw your audiences into the story and scorch them with your sizzling play.
In this workshop, we will use tools crafted by great poets to shape and inspire our work. Imagery, rhyme and rhythm are all covered in a fun and accessible way.
No experience of poetry is needed. Some improv experience is recommended.
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? —Mary Oliver
