Improv in the Park
Sundays, 14:00 – 16:00
Join experienced instructors from The Bristol Improv Theatre for two hours of fun improv games and exercises in the beautiful surroundings of the great outdoors!
Each class is capped at 6 (plus instructor) so we can adhere to physical distancing guidelines. This class is a great way to have a laugh, connect with others and build your improv, communication and performing skills in a controlled environment.
Classes take place in the lovely Arlington Gardens just behind The Bristol Improv Theatre. We invite participants to bring their own picnic blanket or camp chair to make their audience seat.
Any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
ABOUT THE THEATRE
The Bristol Improv Theatre was founded in 2012 by a group of improvised performers, artists and theatre-makers. Our mission is to be an institution of spontaneous, collaborative, and creative theatre, a resource for ambitious artists and audiences, and a home for all those whom improvised work touches. In 2017, the BIT relaunched its temporary venue on St. Paul’s Road, Clifton as a full-time theatre space. Our newly refurbished, 100-seat, multi-space venue is the first permanently established theatre for improvised performance in the UK. You can interact with and watch improvised theatre and comedy shows streamed live from our online Twitch Channel and learn improvisation both online and in person under Government guidelines. Visit the website www.improvtheatre.co.uk for more information.
