Improv Drop-In: Using Space in Scenework

Monday 26th June

19:00 – 21:00

This drop-in is for anyone looking to stretch their improvising muscles.

Facilitated by an experienced Bristol Improv Theatre instructor, the class will take a specific skill and explore it through games, exercises and scenes. It’s a great chance to try improv, see what it’s like at a physical distance and connect with others in a controlled environment.

This week’s class will offer methods of utilising the physical space surrounding performers to add variety and depth within improvised scene-work. We’re all pretty familiar with the concept of spatial awareness by now, so let’s put it into practice!

Clear guidelines will be given for how to use the space, to ensure that everyone has a good time.

If you are brand new to improv, you may prefer to try the monthly Improv Taster Session.
